George is a top-10 player in 2022.
Only really worried about Kentucky in this group. Hope coach snags him.
I think this says so much about how Mike Boynton is regarded by some top recruits that OSU makes their final cut. I don’t think friendship with Avery Anderson if enough to lure King George to Stillwater but nice of him to think about us. It would great to have him just for his cool sounding name! But who cares? We are more in need of a center. If I was coach I would pocket this last scholarship and save it for next season if we can’t find a thick body, tall center. And for other opinions, I don’t think Bryce Williams is coming back to Stillwater or any other college campus ever again.
This kid is in the class of 22. I think this kid having us in the final 5 had less to do with Boynton and more to due with close relationship with Anderson. If Anderson makes huge strides next yr. he’ll be off to the NBA. If that happens will see how much interest this kid has in Boynton and OSU. It’s always good that a top 10 player has OSU in there final list of schools.
Do you want this thick body center to just sit at the end of the bench b/c thats what you are going to get with that scholarship at this point.

It would be nice to get a center, its just getting late. A true freshman is good but if he is that high he mite not just that long
Texas and Baylor are doing a good job in the transfer portals. I don’t think this will have an impact as much as success the teams have on the court. Cowboys will have to challenge UT and BU on the court to challenge effectively for recruits.
