On Baylor’s hot streak and possible rust for the Pokes.
It’ll be a long nite hope they do better then the girls
They will probably catch fire and we are going to get smoked… Keeping it real.
You’ve been negative toward the bball team all year. Still doesn’t change the fact that they’re 9-3, have multiple wins over ranked teams, and their 3 losses have come by a total of 7 points. Baylor is good. Real good. By far the best team they’ll play probably all season long. But all signs still lead to this being close, especially since it’s in GIA. I’d assume it’ll be back and forth and then Baylor will pull away late, which is both what Baylor has been doing most of the season, and what we’ve been allowing most of the season.
It’s never good when a team u play is good at what ur bad at. But hope boynton has their switching better.
Been a long time since a team went undefeated, Baylor will lose a game or three somewhere, why not here
Positive thinking
The good news is, if they fix that thing their bad at (blowing leads) then they aren’t bad at anything really. They’ve been pummeling every single team they’ve played all year for the first 30 minutes or so. Do it for 40 and they’re at the top of the league.
That is a bad thing. I was talking about 3 point defense
I wouldn’t say I’m negative at all. I don’t have much faith left in Boyton to coach the players up. There is no reason to let a team blow a 19 pt lead and we won’t discuss Texas and TCU. They compete for everything but the end of the game. They seem to play much better in the zone but have trouble defending the 3’s.
They really need to go after their best players. If they would have went after Culver they would probably have won. Need to get their best players in foul trouble early. Drive the lane and draw the fouls. I have the belief we have a bunch of talent. It’s been proven.
The blown leads are head scratching, but that’s been his only fault this year. They had no business beating Baylor and the outcome ultimately ended up being what it probably should have been considering they were playing the #2 team in the nation without the best player in America. But to their credit, they held the lead longer than all other teams all season long combined have against Baylor, and had a larger lead in the game than anyone has had on them all year. Just ran out of gas and had to rely on two walk ons to try to beat them. They’ll be fine.
