By now everyone should know im not over excite with mr miss dunk cissy. Has no offense. Why was smith not in more with boone. Scored 6 points. Didnt even see the second half

No outside game at all. I think they probably playing to the best of their ability except defensively lapses. We haven’t shot well all year. AA is sorely missed, remind you of football anyone

Yea AA reminds me of Westbrook.
They win 8 out of 9 to get to 16-9 and 7-5 in conference. Then find a way to blow it by dropping four straight. Now they’ve pretty much placed themselves into a position to win their last two games and a conference tourney game just to be considered for the tournament. This team is done. Boynton is extremely odd. Sometimes he get this team playing well and other times he looks like he’s doing his best impression of Travis Ford. Consistency isn’t exactly in his blood.

People on here forget why Pokes suddenly losing and lack of defense. Loss of A.A. meant loss of bid to big dance. Has nothing to do with Boynton. But if we don’t get invited to the dance next season, he is gone. It’s time to bring in a big time coach . Underwood would have turned this program around. School needs to commit to basketball by finding a successful coach.
Billy one thing your not counting, schedule or who they played. 3 games against the bottom teams of the big 12 and sec. Tcu didnt have 2 players. Isu has lost 8 of the last 9.
Boynton could have won this game. 18 missed 3’s and sticking with ciccy rather then smith.
We had 11 turnovers dnt give me aa, he would have given us anther 5. Defense wasnt a problem.

I disagree. They were able to win without him. I think the biggest problem was Boone’s lack of production in a couple of games and the defense being lackluster. If they had went 2-2 down this stretch so far it puts them at 18-11 and still in good shape. No reason for them to get pounded like they did against WV and TCU. It’s the little things that have cost them down the stretch.
Yet you would be praising Gundy on the football forums had he done the same things in the same scenario. Take your double standard elsewhere.

Add to that Boone (our best player), getting 2 fouls in 2 minutes in 2 of our last games, and having to SIT the rest of the half.
Big time BB programs can overcome that. Our depth is suspect, but with NIL, everyone will soon be a free agent and every year will depend on $ to recruits. We need a brand to contend in that space.

Never brought Gundy into the equation. The entire point was pointing out Robert’s hypocrisy. I see you still don’t know how to read context or comprehend.
Billy you really are a jr high kid. You have no idea how to read. Take things out of text. Simply dnt even understand the simplest things.
Gundy this year won his game against the better teams. So how was i a hypocrite.
