Five Thoughts on Oklahoma State's 85-71 Loss to BYU

On OSU’s conference record, Dailey’s dunk and more.

Surely there’s a mega donor basketball fan who could afford Boynton’s buyout.
But with just a half mill for NIL budget, what kinda players a new coach gonna get anyway?

Boynton is so pathetically inept he should resign immediately and let the boys coach themselves for the BIG XII tournament!

No player worth spit would want to play for this moron because associating with this big of a loser will truly destroy one’s potential!

OSU men’s basketball is a complete and total embarrassment to Iba and Sutton and any player that walked on the court for these two coaches!

In watching the last few games it is glaringly obvious to anyone that even played grade school basketball that Boynton has no idea what he is doing on both the defensive and offensive ends of the court! Absolutely deplorable basketball!

In taking the school’s money, he is no better than a thief stealing, as the school is getting absolutely nothing in return but negative image, negative press and negative ticket sales!!!

If he doesn’t resign on his own, he should be terminated immediately in April when the school owns him less money!!!

My recollection is Ford’s 3-15 year was his last, when he jumped before he was pushed.

Other Boyton facts

  • The 52% overall win rate is much worse in conference, because of the non-con cupcakes.
  • Even in Cade Cunningham’s 21-9 year, 50% in the conference and a loss in the first round.
  • I can’t find BBall’s graduation rates, published by OSU, which indicates that they are bad.
  • He says his strength is relating to players/building men, yet many leave? He blames NIL.

How does this collectively benefit the university and alumni?
