On Keller, OSU beating BYU at its own game and the wild week that was.

I really thought BYU would drill us. Best game this season. It was nice of BYU to have an awful game from deep….

Yeah what was up with that ? A cop got hit by an acorn and u loaded his gun at his own car ?

I’d be more excited about basketball if I knew this team has a chance at the tournament. I think even if Boynton were to win the conference tourney at this point it’s not going to matter. He’s had plenty of time to turn this thing around, and he can’t.

I understand it’s a solid and deep league. However, he and Ford have self-sabotaged this program that Eddie Sutton worked so hard to make relevant again. The fact we only have two tournament wins since 2005 is flat out embarrassing and totally unacceptable. Bring in Doug Gottlieb. At least he’ll make the effort to focus his team on doing the things they’re good at.

Only a winner for you billy. Of course you dnt understand

Iv heard some rumblings again about Doug and maybe the head coach of Owasso highschool head coach Brain Montinotti. Brian’s son is a sophomore and is a 5 star which Iv watched play several times in person and the kid can flat out shoot the 3 ball better than Iv seen anyone in highschool for some time. He’s skinny as all get out and is about 6-10 or so. His dad played for coach Eddie with Doug. We shall see but might be nothing but there are whispers.

The unknown about Doug G is that nobody knows if he can actually coach. Sure, he’s an analyst and obviously knows the game. He was a great point guard that couldn’t make a free throw to save his life.
Montinotti was a really good player as well, and always seemed like a good person in class. I had a few of them with him. He’s done well in Owasso, and his son is lights out on the floor. We’ve seen the hiring of family members before. But, will his son want to continue to play for his dad, even if OSU hired him? He may want to spread his wings under a different coach.

I said it last season. Give him another season. If he doesn’t get them there. Then fire him. I don’t condone holding onto coaches that can’t meet expectations. You might, but I won’t.

If you’ve got a better I’d like to hear it.

Lol i was talking about you having another coach to cry about. I have been ready for him to be gone 4 years ago.

They shot the 3 well, finally.

I have sung this song before, but it turns out 65% on 2’s again, which is the same at 40% from 3.

Would love to see Dailey - high post with Garrison - low post, just once, with the 5 rounded out by Williams, Small, and Keller

Yea i would have loved the same. Just change the names. Boynton just will not run an offense on a regular time

So you wanted him gone two years ago when he made the tournament and got to the conference title game?

Who made the tournment.
