Five thoughts on a busy day.

It was a huge win for Morris & Co.! All things considered, I’m really pleased with how the day went

Although, I’m encouraged by the signings of Jones and Presley, I was previously most excited about verbal commits Tahj Overton 6’3” 275 DL #1 prospect in OK and DT Beale 6’3” 300 DL #1 prospect in Arkansas. We can always find RBs and DBs, but there are a very limited number of skilled DTs in the high school classes. Obviously these guys signed elsewhere, but I just wonder what kind of impact they would have had. We have never signed 2 4 star DTs before in one class.

This is just a silver lining story. I only counted 4 P4 teams behind us in recruiting rankings on Rivals.

The program hasnt won a Conf game in 2 years, will have a brand new staff that has had a week to recruit, in a state that is in a bad year for producing HS talent. This was going to be bumpy signing day

No kidding Captain Football, that doesn’t change that the story was written as a silver lining, when in reality OSU had a bad signing day. I understand the circumstances, but that doesn’t change that we had a poor class. I realize it’s going to take some time, just like it did for Lutz who appears to be ascending well.

So, some people want posters banned from the site for disagreeing with them. Now youre criticizing the site for posting a “silver lining” story, even though they were just being honest. Some of you need some hand relief and/or therapy
