Former OSU Quarterback Spencer Sanders Declared Ineligible for Ole Miss' Peach Bowl

I dont think either of those are true. If he’s wanting the transfer route, theres no reason to play in a Bowl Game. His resume is already good enough, so his stock wont be any higher than it is right now. The risk of injury is there, so if hes got a foot out the door…he wouldnt be playing.

Post Texas-Bowl game presser…I hate to tell you this, but the only games that matter are the playoff ones. So if Gordon went for 250 and announced he was coming back…what exactly would that do in “raising the profile?” Recruiting is 99% done right now, so that Bowl Game would do nothing in raising the profile of the Cowboys. To be honest, id be more worried about Gordon playing too well and then someone showing up with a bag full of cash and all of a sudden his family says “hey…lets get this money”

Yeah but the last few lines that he was behind leaked like a sieve . And I think the line he saw when he red shirted did too . Yeah we can say NOW what a great line he would have had but it was a HUGE question mark coming into this season .

I know i look at the line different then everyone else.
2019 was a good line. 2020 had unforseen problems. Guy retired in summer. 2 got kicked off 2 got hurt and never played much. 2021 and 22 had injuries that hurt. 22 had 2 transfer guys that were cazy. You got to play the average, lol. With good line tranfersing out also hurt.
Mills went and was their top lineman he is tranfersing again. Bennett thur sdsu is now at tcu. Also hunter went to Nebraska. Another went to la tech. So from no transfers out, so injuries will not hurt with alot of lineman here in the underclasses

Sanders was offered 435,000 to stay in Stilly. I don’t see Ole Miss topping that by much if at all. I think he went into the portal missed 10 bowl practices. Then he tried to come back and Gundy was over him. The thing is, if he came back, OSU may have never switched to Gordon in the Deep I formation and SS would still have had a couple of games with 3 TOs and our record would have been similar anyway.
