It looks like Gundy might finally be waking up. He knows he’s a dumba**. Tenured coaches always have to adapt at some point. Look at Saban’s thoughts on up-tempo, spread offenses over time.
Why we accept him falling asleep and taking years off at 5+ million a year is another convo but something is different.
Kasey Dunn was that bad, and we’ve swung and missed since Jim Knowles. At least these coaches can recruit and have guys wanting to follow them

Include Tim Rattay in the camp. You wanna know why Spencer Sanders didn’t get a ton better over time? According to Smith he was there being a payroll bandit.
