Four-Star Forward Eric Dailey Jr. Commits to Oklahoma State

Weird how a basketball commit thread turned into a football and beer discussion. lol I did enjoy the back and forth though so kudos.

this is a great get I was super surprised he committed here I expected Memphis for sure.
Turning this into a likely top 10 class which Boynton has to turn into success starting next year.

Im excited by the athleticism and length of this class as well as getting the knock down shooter, Dow, from Broken Arrow.

Very nice. Got a simple setup. Bottling only and bottle conditioning. 5 cf chest freezer with temp controller for fermenting using old school glass carboys. Do mostly all grain using BIB but sometimes extract to save some time.

Well the beer talk isn’t over sorry

Great great get, I agree.

And it is crazy how a small group tries to turn everything into fire mike.

100% BIAB here. Less equipment and great results. Love the repeatability.

Never.

None of the recruiting sites show a Memphis offer so I’m not sure what the deal with that was. My guess would’ve been pro since he’s eligible.

Yea BIAB is the way to go. It works well and very little equipment needed.

OK back to supporting and critiquing our Pokes. Let me know how the Hefe turns out. Seriously. I should be thinking about one for summer soon, right?!

Sure will, the Hefe’s always turn out fantastic and anytime is a good time to brew one.

@beer @bruce4 Either of you live in the OKC area? I’m always down to sample some home brew
