Fire some coaches. In this day and age there is no need for this amount of loyalty to assistants. Indiana has gone from bottom feeder to 7-0 in a year because of the transfer portal. I think we’re still operating as if it’s 2007 and turning over a staff sets you up to need a couple seasons to get up and running again. That’s just simply not the case anymore even at a school that isn’t a top destination for transfers.
