If we lose to KState...does Gundy's seat start to heat up?

F***ing proud of it. I love my school and I love the players. I can’t support the coaches, however.

Lol would not have mattered. But keep kicking that horse.

Lol you won’t support the coach that has basically given his life to the university. What have you done for your school?

Are you truly arrogant enough to think that your hypothetical thoughts without seeing a single practice are more justified than Gundy’s opinions when it comes to who we should play or not play for both last year AND this year?

Guess I should not have expected better from a guy with the name of head chimp, just go ahead flipping poo…

It’s not hyperbole you dimwitted dolt. You’re an absolute disgrace to the fanbase. You obviously actively root against this team so you can have ammo to get rid of the best coach we’ve ever had.

I’m a disgrace to the fanbase? Not the complacent lamb that kneels at the altar of Gundy? Ok, cool bud. You keep supporting the coming trainwreck.

Keep rooting against the team so each time they lose you can bump this thread to get your rocks off.

Ok! Will do! Have a good night, buddy.

The only people rooting for this team to lose are the people unwilling to consider Gundy on a hot seat.

There is a large contingent of the OSU fanbase that interprets criticism of the coaches as “rooting against the team”, which is far from the truth. They’ve just enjoyed the mediocrity so much, that they can’t handle the fact that many fans don’t feel the same way as them.

That’s not what I see/hear at the actual games. People bleed orange but are obsessed with success. It’s different than it used to be.

This thread has aged badly. Replace Gundy with herman and replace k state with Iowa state and you may have something.

He beat KU. Let’s see how Bedlam goes.

It hasn’t aged badly. It strictly asked if his seat gets warm IF he loses to KState. He didn’t…his seat isn’t warm…and there you go. It was a hypothetical.

I get it. It was hypothetical. If our team lost to k state, it set you up well for another hypothetical scenario of “is Gundy on the hot seat?” Well, what do you think now?

I’m going to let what he does against OU, and what he does next year, dictate my feelings. I’m in a bit of a self-imposed anti-gundy moratorium. Besides, I’m focused a lot more on basketball, football is getting a bit boring.

Football has some potential going into Bedlam. I’m a basketball lean in general but love some pigskin.

Seems like an easy way out. Boynton just hit a .500 winning percentage. But he’s recruited well (if they can stay on the team). I think Gundy’s cowboy culture is often underrated (for obvious reasons). Ya know?

Gundy was 11-13 after two seasons.
