Was wondering why Fields didn’t get any carries…nobody reported he was injured.
“When asked about running back Trent Howland not playing a snap on Thursday, Gundy confirmed that he remains available for the Cowboys, an indication that he has likely simply been passed on the depth chart by the other three guys or perhaps coaches are saving him for particular packages.”
I’m guessing this is called the “brick-wall package”. Where we see if he can push himself, his own lineman, and also the defensive lineman forward for maybe a yard.
