The Cowboys cruised despite numerous debuts.

Plott won via fall, but was up 7-0 at the time.

Nice warmup to start the season. Overall, the team looked different because of more offense in the first period. For years Coach Smith wanted his guys to score more in the first period instead of trying to come back late in the match. I was surprised at how tall some of the Bucknell guys were. I don’t know if the 3 pt takedown is good or bad.
Thompson is points we can ill afford to lose.
I knew 157 would be a weight hard to watch.
We should get a better idea of how good the Cowboys are when they face better competition from Lehigh.
During the interview earlier this week, John Smith seemed to be hinting that he might be signing someone who is a big talent when he said, it’s not how many, it’s who you are signing.
Biggest surprise of the match was just how much weight Chris Perry has put on. Not a good look.
