Sometimes it’s better to be lucky than good.
I’ll say this: As I’m watching Utah play Baylor, Pokes better improve quickly or the Utes will kick are arse up and down the field. They won’t make the same mistakes that Arkansas did.

How in the world did we win that game? At the same time, one could say “How in the world did we end up in OT?”

It’s because they don’t teach player discipline or ball security in Fayetteville. Arkansas had three penalties for pass interference on Presley from what I could see. That helped us all the way down to eventually score a touchdown.
We scored on a pick six. They also fumbled a punt return on their own 25 yard line which gave us a FG. They also fumbled the ball on their own 49. They turned the ball over one downs at the OSU 11. Arkansas also missed two of three field goals.
OSU scored 24 points from Arkansas turnovers, penalties, and missed field goals. Arkansas essentially left 9 points on the field they should’ve had. I’ll give credit for the team finding a way to win. However, we better not do that crap against Utah.
We also got absolutely dominated in the trench when it comes to the run game. We focused more on spreading Arkansas out further using our lateral speed as an advantage in the passing game. Which worked. However, it took us about 2.5 quarters to figure it out.
Hard disagree. We would have lost this game last year.

Good win to stick with it and not give up. I hope they have Alan “7th Year Senior, Adult Man” Bowman run steps 10 times for every finger gun he threw or until he vomits and has to get an I.V., whichever comes first.

Bowman is lucky, his celebration was just stupid. The refs blowing the offsides call blew my mind. We escaped and I’ll take it. Losing Oliver is going to really hurt.

Sometimes I hate Cowboy fans. The Sooner fans are all mocking the inferiority of every team they’re about to play and then chiming in with “Sooner magic, baby!” when they win a game like this, which I find supremely annoying, but it beats the Hell out of building the team up you’re about to play and bemoaning how they’re going to beat you and then tearing them down afterwards and bemoaning why you should’ve lost.
It is going to be a long year for the defense and the team. Our passing game appears fine but we could not do anything in the run game. We got manhandled at home.

On my nuts for what? Sam Pittman is a moron and completely pissed that game away. Guy ain’t coaching for his job for no reason. He’s a moron.

I’m much happier we won than if we would’ve lost. Sam Pittman is a moron for not kicking that field goal in the 4th quarter among the other coaching mistakes he made. It was a poor showing by the cowboys. That is the reality of the situation. If you can’t see that you’re blind or willfully stupid.
