Hey champ,
What is even your point with these comments? You know what? Never mind. It’s probably a dumb point.
Hey champ,
What is even your point with these comments? You know what? Never mind. It’s probably a dumb point.
Hey champ,
Yeah, I’m not arguing that. It’s a bad habit/bad mechanics issue, not a decision-making issue which would be about reading the defense, making the correct throw regardless of how well he throws it. Why don’t you understand literally anything?
That’s where I’m at. People keep thinking he’s some kind of magic man when the evidence shows it’s great assistants that have given him his best seasons.
Since when is consistently throwing off your back foot not a decision? Do you even understand what you’re talking about? Does the player not make a decision to do that? Also, what kind of player can’t learn after 7 FREAKING YEARS to move himself around the pocket instead of back peddling 15 yards behind the line of scrimmage?
If he gets sacked then he’s sitting at 2nd and 20 (bad decision). If he throws off his back foot it leads to a higher velocity with a greater chance of being picked (bad decision). Those “bad mechanics” can be corrected. The player (and coach) have to decide (make a decision) if they want to or not.
It’s not going to do any good to read a defense if you’re getting sacked for 10 yards or throwing the ball to the other team anyway. Besides, if you watch Bowman closely he doesn’t check down nearly as much as you think he does. His OC is also too stupid to realize some of the basic schemes the opposing defense is using. Which is why he needs to be gone.
Plus his handling of quarterbacks he just won’t let play until he has no choice.
Hey champ,
Ok. You made a bad decision to have the world’s thickest skull such that no information can penetrate it.
I would never be in support of a statue for this guy. What has he done to justify a statue? Barry Sanders won a heisman trophy and is the best RB of all time. Statue!
Gundy won ONE conference title and is 4-15 in what was his biggest regular season game of the year. Building a statue for that would be embarrassing in my opinion.
No, you’ve made the decision to try and make an excuse for everything. If a person decides to not improve on something it’s still a part of the decision-making process. Which is exactly why Bowman with all his “experience” was sitting as third string at Michigan.
Most Quarterbacks coming from lesser schools that end up starting at better ones obtain better and improved skills. Not according to Gundy though. If you’ve rode the bench and had 11 snaps in two years at a BB it means you’re more qualified than all the other quarterbacks on the roster .
Hey champ,
No. That’s not what has ever been meant by a QB’s decision-making. Stop. Just stop. Even you can’t be this dense. Seriously, you sound like a fool.
That’s like, “this center is getting pushed back in pass protection, he should’ve chosen to work out harder, his decision-making is so poor”. No, it refers to taking in information, deciphering what you see, and choosing what to do with the ball on a play-by-play basis in a timely manner.
I’m not the one confused on what the Decision Making Process actually means dumb dumb.
If he’s never taught technique, or decides not invest in it then it’s purely a decision by the coach or the player to never improve. I’m not saying he won’t be pushed back. However, over time it’s going to be evident if he did or didn’t.
You’re totally wrong. The decision making process is not limited to certain individuals. The fact that our coaching staff couldn’t identify a problem after an 0-4 start in conference is in itself an issue. The fact that once they finally, after 4 games, realized this problem it was too late. By game 9 they were not on step three. One of the many problems was Bowman. The decision making process can be a collection of issues, and is not just limited to one. I agree both Dunn and Bowman were huge issues this season .
Hey champ,
You’re trying some linguistic gymnastics with this “decision-making process”. When you talk about a player’s decision-making, you’re talking on the field, in the moment, period. That is the sole way that it is used. Stop being dense. You’re desire to nitpick absolutely everything is making you grasp at straws.
You got your name right ChumpChamp!
No, I’m not playing any games with it at all. I’m explaining it to you because you obviously don’t understand what it’s all about. If you would analyze yourself, and listen really carefully to what’s being told, then you may learn something one day .
Hey champ,
I learned the extent of the B.S. I can stomach.
Keep trying. Maybe you’ll get it .
