I’m sure things happen at campuses all over the country that we never hear about. But, it seems like we just keep having tragic events happen every-so-often that just tries to flip OSU’s world upside down.
That would be a really tough thing to go through. Proud of cowgirls and coaches and staff to help all of these people work through this.
Truly tragic, and of course seeing something like that is traumatic and affects people differently. It seems Kenny G and staff did a very good job with it. May that lady’s family and friends be comforted by God over their loss, we can’t begin to understand what caused that lady who was darting in traffic on the highway like that…I’ve seen someone I love die in front of me, which was almost three years ago and I still can’t get over it…
When I was in the military stationed in Germany. We had a German national on the base that worked for the postal service. He unfortunately got caught between a parked car and a moving bus. He ended up being paralyzed from the waist down for life. Far too often we presume what the next day will hold without the acknowledgment that anything else could happen. I also witnessed a soldier pass away that we couldn’t save. This kind of stuff affects you for a long time.
