The Morris Era has a start time.
I’ll be at the Tulsa game
.
The early start of the Oregon game could be to OSU’s advantage (albeit a slight one but I’ll take what I can get).

It’s SI, so take it for what its worth, but something to read… other articles at the end of the one linked.
Some keys to the game for me:
- How much film on Oregon are defensive players willing to watch on their own? More specifically the LBs, and DBs.
- Turnovers: Lanning was DC at Georgia - you know he wants to force DM into some bad decisions (like Indiana did to the Oregon qb) for turnovers or bad throws and putting oSu in 3rd and long situations so he can unleash the hounds (blitz packages) - for even more turnovers.
- How much commitment was there to become stronger, faster, and more cerebral (watching film!)? How bad do they want to win??? No one from NT has faced what they are about to face - will they have laid it on the line to compete???
- HCEM - how does he take pressure off DM if Oregon is consistently getting a push into the backfield? Lanning will want to demonstrate dominance early and foil HCEM’s gameplan - how will the team weather that storm? Mental Toughness & Extra Effort!!!
- How stable or strong are the Special Teams?
- P.S. How loud and proud are the Paddle Pokes and crowd? They could make a difference on the sidelines and with penalities!
GoPokes!!!
