Brantley had an OSU offer out of high school.

Considering the hand he was dealt, Coach Lutz is impressing already!!! Keep it up!!!

Can always use a good scoring option. Hopefully Lutz can get some more bigs with his last two scholarships.

I like this get. A scorer , rebounds, seems to be what we need to fill out guards. Now get a couple of bigs the last two, not two space eaters

Finally, someone who can shoot.
This is a small team. Need the final 2 guys to be tall with enough weight to not be pushed around playing post.

Boynton would recruit transfers with good stats on losing teams and then the losing continued when they got to OSU. This guy is another one of those transfers. 3 losing seasons at La Salle. Find some guys that know what winning looks like.

Its weird boynton tired getting new york guys but couldnt

Is Jaxton Bobik still on the roster? My understanding is that he walked on mid year last year after his 2 year mission trip ended.

I haven’t seen him play, but he’s a 6-8 SF.

Dumb take! Let’s see how he pans out before judging how he might perform. I believe Lutz is doing an outstanding job so far and believe this kid will continue to thrive under the coaching of Lutz’s and his assistance’s.

Hes had 3 years to perform. Going 6-10 in the Atlantic 10 isn’t a sign of a winning record in the big 12. Javon Small led east carolina to a 6-12 conference record. Look how well that translated to the big 12. Worst season ever.

If you can score on a bad team, does that not mean something. His conference is a good one.

I’ll repeat what the other guy said. Dumb take! He didn’t go 6-10, La Salle did. According to most on this board, the coach affects winning the most but now you want to put it all on a player who hasn’t even played a second of ball for us yet? Some of y’all just love to complain and be miserable and it’s a bad look for the fanbase. At the very least, wait until a single minute has been played before whining.

I heard the same thing on this board for years. When I said smalls was no good. Same posters said the same thing. So how about I judge the player for the 3 years and the results instead of constantly thinking new team new coach for the player will give different results.
