For years oklahoma has been list as a southwest state with Texas Arizona and New Mexico.
Has alot of southern draw.
Going back to the Civil War it had slaves. Even though own mainly by native Americans.
In gardening it’s zone is more southern.
I’m going with midwest too.:innocent::innocent::innocent::innocent::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::upside_down_face::upside_down_face::upside_down_face::upside_down_face::crazy_face::stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes::money_mouth_face::hugs::face_with_hand_over_mouth::exploding_head::partying_face::cowboy_hat_face::cowboy_hat_face::cowboy_hat_face::cowboy_hat_face::cowboy_hat_face:

Oklahoma is a border state with elements of several regions within it. It isn’t a true midwestern or southern state.

The main problem is everyone’s thoughts about midwest states. It’s to big and some states have no identity with others. Midwest should just be just the original meaning which is the states of the real big ten.
All states west of the Mississippi are large and have different topographical areas.
I just can’t think of any ties oklahoma to the Midwest.
Ag trade goes south. Large country music
