Bowman is always off target on those open deep throws. I thought he was better than that at Texas Tech.

He threw a perfect deep throw on the 3rd play of the game but there was uncalled PI
Bowman has the arm but no touch, no scrambling ability, and seems to be missing the killer instinct.
