The Wolverines get a hefty fine and a lot of show-causes.
It never ceases to amaze me the inconsistency that the NCAA asserts when dealing out punishment to schools. Dez got robbed.
NCAA protects the bluebloods, thereby protecting the money. It’s greed and hypocrisy 101.
I know, I know. It’s like when the NCAA ended Penn St’s sanctions for the Sandusky crimes 2 years early. The only reason it didn’t get more attention was it was the same night Ray Rice punched his girlfriend.
We get the shaft dry while everyone gets a slap on the wrist. What’s new?
We should sue the ncaa take it all the way to the Supreme Court and hearings in Congress!
Dez for a years banishment from football for lying about having dinner with Dion, basically ruining our season. Dion should’ve never had his nose in it to start with. If the NCAA ever tries to come after us again, hire a lawyer. They can pound sand
From now on, the athletic department needs to tell the NCAA to f—k off any time they come sniffing around Stilly. It’s long overdue.
I don’t know, be a better program. Only programs that get the wrong end of the deal and made examples out of are colleges like Oklahoma state. Fact.
Perhaps you can be just a bit more specific with that very subjective comment.
Thank goodness we aren’t something a loser like you is a part of jeffy. Liquor store closed tonight ![]()
Another dumb take.
OU
Miami
USC
All of those programs got pretty tough sanctions.
“Another dumb take.”
Don’t you think thats a bit hyperbolic considering that may mitigate the argument to some degree but does not by any means support that are mutually exclusive. Historically, it can be argued that blue bloods have been protected. Then they get punished, finally. Is Miami a blueblood? I thought the bluebloods hated Miami because they were newcomers and punched them in the nose too often? Rubbed them the wrong way, so to speak. I could be wrong.

I had to go back and refresh my memory on what this was even pertaining to.
He said only schools similar to OSU get made examples of “fact”. Thats just not true. Miami isnt what I would call a blueblood, but theyre definitely in the tier below it.
