I like this hire !! Was he the son that Bill wanted to be the coach in waiting when he retired ? But the school was dead set against it ? He has produced some good talent

I seem to recall in a recent interview Gundy mentioning that they can now hire all the coaches that they want. Don’t know when this change happened and haven’t seen it mentioned anywhere in the media.

The guy was a punter and has only coached kickers. Lets not get to excited about oc and hc

Our OC can only score three points against UCF and seven points against South Bama. I think Sean would figure this out quicker.

He coached the kick and punt coverage teams, Not to mention “director of football operations role from 1996 to 1998, assistant athletic director for football operations in 1999 and 2000, associate athletic director in 2001 and senior associate athletic director from 2002 to 2010. He then got back into a more specified coaching role, serving as the Wildcats’ special teams coordinator and associate head coach from 2011 to 2018 and a special teams analyst in 2019.”
