Three finalists! Tremendous fight in our Cowboy wrestlers! From a tenth place team finish last year to a likely third place this year. This is looking like our best sport this entire academic year.

Holy cow!!! That might be the biggest moment in Oklahoma state sports history (right up there with Barry and the heisman). Going against such a powerhouse with the President of the United States there and his a serviceman….■■■■that was amazing!!!

2 NCAA champions, totally unexpected.
Third place finish is tremendous. Beat out Iowa. DT really does have magic. Could not believe my eyes seeing the legend taken down in last 18 seconds. I’ve watched Cowboy wrestling since 1966 and I was at the NCAA tournament at Northwestern when Dan Gabel was upset, but I think Wyatt’s upset was bigger. Let’s see who we get from the portal. Hamiti, Hendrickson and Spratley, sensational. Maybe this will reignite the students’ interest in Cowboy wrestling as the best sport to watch at OSU. That’s how it used to be. Baseball looks bad so far, football sucks, as does basketball. Golf only has 2 good guys, so wrestling is where it’s at. Cowboy wrestling has received a much needed transfusion. Now that DT knows the ropes, will he cut Tyler Caldwell in order to bring in a super talented former wrestler as assistant coach? Because I suspect DT is now going to start getting a lot of applicants. This team is what Cowboy wrestling used to look like. Will we ever find out what caused Surber to under perform?
