Sure is a lot of smoke with players skipping practice, jumping on the transfer portal and recruits bailing ship. So far I have just seen the media speculate that it is due to Herman rubbing people the wrong way (as he apparently is known to do) but who knows.
Herman just comes across as a guy that would rub people the wrong way.
