TBH I thought Pantone 166 was trademarked.

Let’s trademark “State” and sue the other 49 states, not to mention all the universities with “State” in their name. If that works, we trademark “Oklahoma,” leaving that football mill in Norman stuck with “The University of ?” I like it. What do you think?

This would end the same way when tOSU tried to trademark OSU. They lose a lawsuit brought on by us
