Agree. Kirkland loved OSU and Gundy loved Kirkland.

My guess is Grantham is implementing more stunts and Kirkland is kind of just a gap plugger, so they encouraged him to go somewhere that plays to his strengths for better tape

That’s pretty big heavy weight for a DT, offensive lineman build right there.

Kirk often took double teams because he’s so big and strong giving LB gaps to go through. He didn’t move laterally too well , I did appreciate his time here and wish him well

So I’m seeing BYU contacted him and met with him while he wasn’t in the portal when they were in Stillwater visiting a kid in Stillwater HS. Awesome system we have here.
