Why would you name that below-average program when there’s Clemson? 
Usually Clemson goes after the 4 and 5 star guys and S. Carolina goes after guys like this.

Really not much to get from his film besides he had huge lanes to run through not being touched. Is he an under the radar because if no one is recruiting him soI’m not sure how you come up with the kid is under the radar. More evidence says he’s not a higher level kid. We shall see.
