Players and coaches say what they’re most excited about for the spring game.
It will be nice be a first look of this new era OSU, although I wish it allowed to have a spring game against another team.

Saw a question on another board to the effect of how oSu fans would react to anything less than 8 wins. My take, 6 or 7 wins would be fine given the state of college sports and anything less than that, well any grumbling would be to the effect that Gundy really hurt his alma mater and left this program in a worse mess than was realized. Then get ready for a better season next year!

Assuming we don’t have a injury riddled season (God forbid and knocking on wood), I would think that the consensus among the fan base would be that 6 wins would be the floor considering how in this era, you can quickly turn a roster over and the portal class coming in was ranked in the top 10 (for what’s that worth).
Personally, I think it depends on how the season unfolds. For example, let’s say that we go 6-6 but could’ve won more if we didn’t blow some games. I would consider it a good first year for the Morris era, but definitely room for improvement.

Very true. Also, just having a team put in the position to compete and have an opportunity for a “W” would be refreshing. Not sure if that is well stated but… Running with and challenging receivers, wrapping up on tackles (Malcolm Rodriguezesque), filling the lanes, rallying to the ball…
