Garret is a good guy, but he showed us over the years that he is a good, not great, quarterback. I hope he finds a place like North Texas to showcase his talents.

This must be really hard on Gundy, for someone who thinks experience is everything. Now the 2 guys with experience are gone and he’s stuck with 2 guys who have never thrown a pass at this level. None of this matters because there’s nothing he could do too get fired. Loose every conference game or insult the entire fan base, nothing.

I’m sad Garret didn’t get his time in the sun for us. He put in good work. Wish Gundy didn’t hire Rattay.
I blame that coach for the condition of Mason Rudolf and beyond to this point. ( I believe Flores is not of his recruit. ) then Gundy for not seeing it. Development to the next level is necessary.
I hope Garret finds a good home where he can thrive. Perhaps fate will see it fit to usher young sir onto a QB coach whom can take him from good, to great.
Now it feels like we’re lining up for another recruit and take from the portal QB wise. ( if that magic # is 4. )

Thinking that Flores is really the guy or Meachum promised the job to his recruit from TCU when he took the OC job in Stillwater. That transfer wasn’t random.

That’s a little sad because we kept hearing about Flores and we’ve never gotten to see him, but sounds like Hejny is probably a better fit for Meachum’s system and obviously I want whomever is best out there.

HH will get the starting position lock it in… I’m not sold on Flores yet just due to zero game experience. Rangel leaving hurts. I’m not sure he fits Doug’s offense due to his slower mobility.
