When you “compete for” titles, you just hope you can do enough and that other teams don’t do enough, to get to the title game. When you “expect to win” championships, then what everyone else in your league does in their games, doesn’t matter. You know without a doubt that you have the talent, preperation, and mindset to win more games in your league than anybody else.

Gotta get to 7 first. Then Kansas, which should make us 8-0. The more I believe in this defense, the more I think it’s possible. Go back to 2011. LSU vs Bama. First game was a 9-6 final. The BCS national title was like…21-14 maybe???..anyways, short of injuries, I trust the defense to carry us. The offense will just have to do what they can. At this point in the season, the offense is what it is.
