An update on other similar cases and why OSU’s appeal has real teeth.

I said this immediately upon the season’s completion and still feel this way: Okla. State should sue the NCAA because the organization is not providing a timely and appropriate ruling/resolution to the appeal. Without question, the uncertainty of OSU’s tournament status impacts recruiting in a negative way.

I agree 100%. But you know as well as I do that that would embarrass the NCAA like with the Andrew Oliver case. You know they would hold a grudge. I feel this very case is an example of it.
