Abram was out of gas yesterday, but TCU was hitting everything thrown their way. The pitching gets thin if/when you hit the loser’s bracket. If you’re ranked high and guaranteed to host a regional and possibly a super, it’s best to lose two games early…like UT did. Not saying they will host a regional.

I would have thrown pitcher for 1 inning
Abram was fine after 1. Like usual we used pitch to long.

Weak article. Real weak. No real mention of the pitching woes. Not the choices or performances, but availability. We were down 3 pitchers going into the tournament - O’Toole, Bogusz (injuries) and Hendry (academic casualty). After 5 games in 4 days our staff availability was exhausted. We had no chance.

A site dedicated to OSU should be better, and do better.
