I watched the Fiesta Bowl at a sports bar that had quite a few Stanford fans there, too. On Blackmon’s first touchdown, one was screaming “how can you not cover him? He’s their best receiver!” Yeah, about that…. And Blackmon was just getting started.

I was at that Fiesta Bowl! It was one of the craziest games I’ve ever been to. We made shirts on Mill Ave. the next day of Pete chopping down a Stanford tree…cause their mascot is a tree??? Anyhow, one of the brightest moments in Cowboy Football history and Blackmon was a huge part of it.
