I’m not sure Gundy is in the top half of coaches in the conference. Riley, Campbell and Patterson have made the championship game and some of the new coaches show some promise.

Right now we are not winning anything while Texas is going through their worst stretch in history. OU hasn’t been able to compete for a national title in almost 20 years and every other blue blood has left the conference. So at a time when we are supposed to be the "best we have ever been " we’ve won 1 conference title and beaten OU twice. We’ve won conference titles before and beaten OU at a rate better than Gundy so what has he done?
We tied for one other title while in the same conference as ou. And if ur going to do it tie chit then we didnt win a title. No bad Texas and ou is their still out recruiting the whole big 12. Then we compete with the other 8 schools plus the other 20 in texas.

So your plan is to let Gundy keep screwing around with 4th in the conference while Texas finally finds a coach who can get them back to competing for national championships and let Iowa State play OU for the conference till then.

But I do know he has helped r overall % out better then anyone

30 minutes from a top 20 metro.
Kansas has one of the top juco leagues.
And he is miles a national champ coach
Have you been to ku stadium. Most high schools in Texas are 3 times better.
