Nine of the teams won’t play this fall.
“Ohio State, Penn State, Oregon and Wisconsin — will not be playing this fall.”
If I were OSU I would probably be glad I don’t face the possibility of playing these teams either. More than likely OSU isn’t good enough to beat these programs currently.
