Great weekend. They will need to get those younger pitch doing well.

I would have loved to sweep those games. 6 runs were a bit wasted on the young pitchers.
However, in the GRAND scheme of a softball season, it is probably more good than harm. Let even the veterans get a bad taste for losing a game that should be meaningless by season’s end, let some players get some experience along with their trip to Puerta Vallarta that could be beneficial later on, …and hope that everything is jelling come Big12 and NCAA tournament time.
