I actually think about where we COULD BE with Booneâs money. Weâve spent the better part of a decade squandering it with almost no return.

Squandered Boones money ? WTF !! I know you went to Rustoleum stadium joy, we improved the one money makes. Basketball was still holding its on. How much did we have to spend on Title 9 ?

Adjusting for more leg room in the stadium is stupid. Shouldâve put that money to something else football related if thatâs where they insist on spending it.

What you donât seem to understand is Robertâs philosophy is that just getting to a bowl game is the end goal. He doesnât care about championships. As long as you arenât losing more than six games per season everything is going great in his opinion. So trying to convince him what we need for championships is a waste of time. Because he values consistency over what actually gets you closer to being a blue blood.

I guarantee Boone wrote each check with the intention of seeing MULTIPLE conference titles and possibly a Natty. Not just âtop 10 in winsâ or a really long bowl game streak.

I will also point out that when you become a little critical of the way the program is being run, or say anything slightly negative they (Michael and Robert) automatically constitute it as an attack on Gundy and some of his staff. They wonât take into consideration anything else. The reason, logic, and critical thinking aspect of how you look at the program is absent from their minds. Which is also why theyâll never understand why you desire higher expectations. I donât know if Iâve ever met so many that donât want to strive to be better at anything

Ever since the first year boynton, i havent changed my opinion of him.
He set a senior 3 point shooter. The other 2 seniors were lost. Boynton does what your calling for. Fun loving qreat recruiter. My mind set is what ever gundy is doing he is doing better the your hero.
Everybody gave Boynton a year for the ban. Why he didnt lose any body. And went 500. He picked up 2 5 stars on top of it.

Joy you donât read my posts evidently, Iâm critical if it warrants criticism. But I donât continually rant day after day on the same old chit. You harp on it, it eats you up that Gundy is still Coach. TCU caught lightening in a bottle last year. They won really close games they could easily lost. Luck that the starting qb got hurt, Duggan took over and the main reason they finished like they did. Sonny had never won big, close to a .500 coach

I do not know who John McDonnell is. Like 99.9% of other sports fans, I do not care about collegiate track or cross country. I would not spend any more than is absolutely necessary on those programs. Take $80,000, hire a coach, give him one mile of track and a high jump pit, pat him on the back and wish him the best.
The only criticism weâve seen is that you think Dickey should be gone. Other than that, itâs always an excuse or someone elseâs fault. Maybe TCU did strike lighting it in a bottle and Dykes may not be that good. The point still remains he has a CFP win and National Title appearance. Gundy doesnât have either. Why is it okay for Gundy to win close games in 2021 and itâs not okay for Dykes to win in the same manner in 2022? Might want to check your criticism meter before posting.

Dykes had beaten like 5 p5 teams before this years. Not great since he coached 4 years at a p5 teams.

Cal refuses to compete at the level needed to win against P5 competition. It says more about the University than it does Dykes coaching ability. Basically no one short of maybe the Purple Wizard could fix that program until the administration changes their view towards football.

You remember how everyone was complaining about Jackson not getting in last season? He was a JUCO and three star recruit. I seen someone on here arguing to you about getting more four and five stars. So letâs take Chris Carson for example. He was a JUCO 4 star being sought after by Georgia. He decided to come to OSU. He didnât even start here and was still drafted.
So tell me something. Who would you rather have carrying that ball in last seasonâs CCG? Dezmon Jackson or Chris Carson? You guys donât think stars matter (which they donât always), but complain about the same caliber player that doesnât win the big game for you. You also donât complain about the coach recruiting higher caliber players. So who here is the one that doesnât understand depth?
So where does Gundy go without Weeden and Blackmon? I guess it sucks when facts matter and the only response you have is calling people stupid .
