The Hokies finished seventh at NCAAs last season.
Good idea to see the individual weaknesses early on in order to have time to fix them. Best way to do that is against good opponents.
I hope that DT can eventually attract the level of talent that was on the Cowboy teams that won 4 in a row and had all 5 finalists win their match that night. It was unbelievable watching that take place.
A top 5 finish this coming season is a must. It lets future recruits know that OSU is on its way back to glory days. DT needs a roster completely made up from guys his staff has recruited. Then we’ll be cooking. Now having these All-American transfers means we should at least create more consolation points. And the young guys at the NCAA who faltered last season, should score next time.
I don’t want to see a dual with PSU until DT has the roster he wants.

Cowboy wrestling FB has been showing pictures of DT instructing and wrestling with individual guys all the way up to heavyweight. You gotta love to see our guys experiencing what it feals like to wrestle a world gold medalist

Wow, he’s hands on. That should make a difference. That’ s the value of having a young coach. Hope to see some new moves and more early on offense from each guy. Beat Iowa and recapture Big 12 title.
