Pandemic Impact to Home Court Advantage?

As a college basketball fan who will watch the random game here and there throughout the season, I think there’s a strong correlation with the down year that many blue bloods had this year with the loss of crowds and home court advantage. Specifically schools like Duke, Kentucky, Kansas and North Carolina, even Michigan State. My guess is that without those intimidating crowds, a few calls that typically went the home team’s way didn’t this year, which I certainly felt like I witnessed from albeit limited observations. There were certainly other factors, but I don’t think I’ve heard/seen anyone mention this idea.

I believe in averages. For every home lose u probably got a road win. I do see ur point. Every team lost a some advantage.
Look at isu they may have won 1 or 2.

I think you are 100% right.
