Same here. I actually don’t see us winning another game, unfortunately.

Although, I’d love to be wrong.

I couldn’t find any area of play that would offer a glimmer of hope for Cowboys to prevail. I expect nothing other than a blowout. My only hope is that we get to see M. Smith at some point after Bowman throws a few interceptions. If they run Bowman again it’s a risk he gets injured. If he doesn’t run, then our RBs can’t run and they smother our receivers. Would be bad decision to let Ollie play injured.
I don’t know who this injury riddled team could beat.

You must’ve not watch Mike Gundy football as long as I have. He’s not playing unless Bowman gets hurt.

Sad but true. Smith comes in to replace injured Bowman. Dunn will test to see if Bowman can run against Baylor. Hoping their secret weapon continues to work. It won’t, because Baylor watched tape.
We will see Smith at some point after Bowman takes a hit that knocks the wind out of him. Then Dunn brings in Smith with instructions to just handoff to RB to run up the middle each play.
Yet whenever our opponents bring in an inexperienced backup QB, he usually looks like Big 12 first team.

Though I would love to argue the points made, I don’t see how I can. The only glimmer of hope I can muster is I was sure BYU would crush us. I spent the whole game forcing my hope to stop growing, which caused my sons no end of mirth. So maybe OSU pulls something out? That would require Bowman to have a big day since Baylor’s pass D is bad. Maybe he transmogrifies back to the freshman that threw for video game yards against OSU so long ago……

Yep I am with everyone here. I’m going to watch the game just hoping that I see some positive effort in the planning and player execution in lieu of a total dumpster fire. While that is totally unacceptable for OSU as a football program that’s probably all that we can hope for ATM. Go Pokes!!
