My memory was Holder started negotiations by doubling Brad’s salary and Brad wasn’t interested in discussing the matter. Agent has gotten an offer from Illinois triple the salary for 6 years and I don’t blame BU for taking that money. Just as I don’t blame Travis Ford for using UK interest to get paid from oSu. Fans would have thrown a fit if Holder out bid Illinois after Ford’s contract. Long story short Boynton is a much better person than BU IMO.
