A shooter and a big man are musts for success going forward. Without both of those type players being added, OSU will be irrelevant. There is no settling for less. But how do you make OSU sound appealing to kids you are recruiting when they know Cade is gone? What does OSU have to offer them? I would think the chance to play a lot of minutes and be noticed by scouts. And Boynton can sort of just casually throw in that the Cowboys beat the NCAA champions.

Zags struggles in Final Four games IMO mirrors oSu football opening the Big 12 after a weak non conference schedule. They also needed OT to beat a #11 seed before getting punched in the mouth by Baylor in the championship game.
