I hope Weiberg isn’t really thinking about giving EM an extension of his contract and a raise. Let him prove himself for at least two years. The buck stops with HCEM. Special teams collapse and defensive collapses ultimately fall to him. The onside kick worked because they saw that weakness on tape. I think he is a really good coach and was the best hire we could have made. And I think he will learn to coach in the Power 4 level. But it will take time. Gundy wasn’t great his first couple of years.
