Excuse my ignorance, but why do the lower seeds get a bye while the top seeds wrestle in the first round? It’s harder on the lowest seeds, but also means an extra match for the top ones.
Those randomly picked. Each bracket will be different. I don’t know the way they do it. It’s suppose to give a low seed a better chance. Instead of all low seeds have an extra match.
