Camps have very little to do w/ it, mostly POLITICS. Almost every kid offered by a blue blood will get bumped up a star after the offer. You realize Scout, 24/7, Rivals, ESPN, etc are rarely in agreement, at least when a kid is a 3 or 4.
Well the more exposure a kid gets helps him get noticed. I agree politics weighs heavy with one. A blueblood offering automatically raises him a star say from a 3 to a 4
