I was at OSU when it happened. For the next few days, the atmosphere around campus was so quiet and subdued. It was kinda eerie. Also remember watching the memorial at a packed GIA on TV. RIP to those we lost 25 years ago.
Same here. It was an odd feeling around campus. I also remember the first Bedlam game after that. The sooners team came out wearing warm up shirts honoring the people we lost. At the end of warmups, they tossed them into the crowd. It was a nice gesture on ou’s part. I almost had one of the shirts, but someone from 2 rows behind me basically tackled me to take the shirt out of the players hand that was trying to give it to me.
I concur with my classmates here, a very sad day for the school and everyone felt it. It was just… quiet.
