Uh, didn’t you read? It’ll be like the search for Lutz, soooo we’ll court someone out of our reach and then hire someone so deep into the recruiting/portal cycle that we squander another year.

Way too early prediction for 2026 OSU head coach: UTSA HC Jeff Traylor. Didn’t say I want him. But that’s who it’ll be.

I want to go all in on Monken, Experience and connections with Georgia. He knows what it takes in this era.That is something money could afford to buy. We could pay more than the Ravens. Entice him. Keep him till he retires, in the process have him find someone who’s ready in waiting.

Look, jury’s still out on Lutz, but the delay doomed that season. I wouldn’t be using that as my example on a timetable is all.

Monken probably not interested. NFL OC doesn’t have the headaches that college head coaches have. Sure more money, but is it worth it?
