A big concern - There’s big and then there’s a Russell Okung like dude, big. Okung had the footwork, power, and quickness for D1. Look at all the dudes on that Miami team! I hope the GM knows how a dude looks and speaks.
People that can play and hold the line are necessary, but dudes are VITAL for the close games where they take over.
