Why? This most likely takes him off the list of potential Gundy replacements. If he can figure out how to make Atlanta’s very talented (but QB-less) offense score a few points, he’ll be on the same track that Dave Canales just took and be an NFL head coach within a couple years.

Gundy is going to be coachhing for at least 10 more years. 1 draw back of zac was no play calling even if he gets to be a hc there are alot of reasons to be open in 10 years or so. Your gundy haters, reality never comes into play. I judt said you would be happy. Never said he would coach here.

I wish Zac good luck !! I think he will be successful if he has the material I can’t think of anything less permanent than an NFL head coach. Unless you’re Belichick with Brady
Maybe he will be willing to come home after a stint as an OC in there. The Rams are a good organization now. Good head coach

I was of the mind that ZR is an NFL guy. I wouldn’t blame him. College HC is now a year round job between dealing with NIL, transfer portal, and recruiting both players and your own team.

I agree . Seriously doubt he’d come back to the college ranks with all the recruiting he hasn’t really had to do deal with that . Then again if he’s super successful in the nfl and wants to come back to OSU he might not have to recruit to hard if he’s a name brand guy at that point.

Nfl jobs are not how good you dif but how good the team did. Now that he is a coordinator there are less opportunities for a replaement job. Him coming to osu would be timing. He would need a job when we needed an oc or head coach.

Walsh is got a better chance of coming.

Zac could be fine as an oc but, team fired with bad players or defense. Mason had lots of nfl stops.

He probably doesn’t understand it anyway. That guy is making some big contacts, maybe we will get one or two
