Good for him, taking the fight to the NCAA. This will be the new way. I don’t fully know the rules, but my guess is that this won’t work, as he’s seeking a retroactive exemption, which I didn’t think was allowed. I believe the 5 for 5 is for kids just now starting.

But if it works, he will start a new trend. Look for thousands to try this avenue.
